• Pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times
• Flight numbers, number of passengers, luggage and requests such as child seats or stops
• Messages you send us by phone, text, email or the forms on this site, including the newsletter sign-up

Online bookings are handled by our reservation provider, Moovs. Payment card details are entered into Moovs and its payment processor and are not stored on this website.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you reached the site and how you use it. This is collected with cookies and similar tools from:

• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our service:

• With the driver assigned to your ride
• With service providers that help us operate, such as Moovs (reservations and payments), Google, Meta, Hotjar and our website host
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Quest, our customers or others

Text messages

If you book a ride, we may send text messages about your trip, such as confirmations, reminders and driver updates. Message and data rates may apply. To stop non-essential texts, reply STOP or contact us.

• Use the cookie notice on our site to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, we turn off Google and Meta advertising and analytics measurement in your browser.

We keep booking and contact records as long as needed to provide our service, handle billing and meet legal, tax and insurance requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children may ride with us only when booked by a parent or guardian.
